That document will define deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, fees, timelines, access requirements, and acceptance criteria. Website content is an overview and is not a promise that a particular result is suitable for every business.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, permissions for systems and data you ask us to connect, and reviewing automated outputs where your process requires human judgement. You must not ask us to automate unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorised activity.

Each party keeps ownership of materials it brought to the engagement. Unless the written scope says otherwise, you receive the agreed deliverables for your business use and Hyper Automate AI retains its general methods, know-how, and reusable patterns.
